On behalf of our Board of Directors, physicians, dentists and employees of Gateway Community Health Center, Inc., I want to welcome you to our new and enhanced website. As a non-profit organization, Gateway’s funds, resources and decisions are directed for the sole purpose of the delivery of care to the people it serves. Gateway has kept its promise to provide quality care services in a culturally sensitive and professional manner for over 30 years. Gateway is making every effort to bring about a more efficient and high-tech approach to the delivery of services by keeping pace with the evolving healthcare advances and technology innovations.

All residents are eligible for the services offered at Gateway Clinics regardless of income. If you, or someone you know, is seeking a medical home, we invite you to begin the registration process at one of our locations. We take special pride in our mission to serve the uninsured and insured patients of our community.
