Appointments
Patients must call to make an appointment or request one online after client has registered for services. If the patient decides to seek medical or dental services without an appointment due to pain or illness, a member of our medical or dental team will determine if client needs to be seen that same day. New patients should request and bring their medical records, if any, to first appointment.
Same-day appointments will be prioritized based on the patient’s clinical condition and availability of open appointment slots. If no immediate appointment is available, the patient’s name will be placed on a waiting list. Note: If the patient does not have an appointment, wait time may be longer than expected and may require a return visit on another day if patient is not acutely ill.
