Adult Primary Care
includes diagnosis, treatment and prevention of acute and chronic diseases; immunizations against infectious disease such as influenza, tetanus and hepatitis; and screening tests for diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and cancer.
In-Patient Care
In-patient care is provided by local hospitalists group. The Center’s hospitalists group will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be in contact with your primary care provider to ensure continuity of care. The main reason for implementing this program is to reduce the number of interruptions for our clinic-based providers and thereby increase the number of scheduled patients the Center is able to serve.
