The primary purpose of the psychotherapy is to provide assessment and treatment of different mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, bereavement and other issues. Counselors serve to provide a safe, nurturing, yet challenging environment where change can be initiated, problems can be solved and wounds can be healed.
Psychotherapy helps give patients the tools to solve their problems and teaches patients how to deal with difficulties and overcome situations.
Counselors provide a non-judgmental environment in which people can explore their issues with someone who will provide insight, see inconsistencies and facilitate personal growth and awareness.
Through in-session techniques and “homework” patients are challenged to create positive, lasting change in their lives and face and conquer fears, traumas and issues that have been preventing them from reaching their full capacity.
Weekly sessions for individuals that will benefit from a group setting.
The following topics will be discussed:
- Pain Management
- Healthy Relationships
