Patients must call to make an appointment or request one online after he/she has registered for services. If the patient decides to seek medical or dental services without an appointment due to pain or illness, a member of our medical or dental team will determine if he/she needs to be seen that same day. New patients should request and bring their medical records, if any, to his/her first appointment.

Same-day appointments will be prioritized based on the patient’s clinical condition and availability of open appointment slots. If no immediate appointment is available, the patient's name will be placed on a waiting list. Note: If the patient does not have an appointment, his/her wait time may be longer than expected and may require a return visit on another day if the patient is not acutely ill.

The Center is not an emergency facility.

When calling for an appointment, please have your clinic account number and the name of your Center provider.

If you are calling for a routine follow-up appointment, the operator will be able to provide you an appointment date and time at the time of your call. If you are calling for a non-follow–up/non-routine appointment (e.g. new symptoms) the operator will take a message and relay to a clinical staff member so your appointment may be scheduled based on your medical need. If you are calling for an appointment because you are ill, please ask to speak to a nurse or medical assistant.
